CURRENT TEC PRESIDENT

Ginger is experienced in Trauma, working at four trauma centers within three counties of the Bay Area: Eden, Highland, John Muir, and Regional, over the past 30 years. Ginger completed her post-graduate education at the University of San Francisco, obtaining her Clinical Nurse Leader, and shares the passion of providing quality trauma education and supporting trauma systems throughout the Bay Area.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT TRAUMA COORDINATOR

Jen is an experienced Critical cAre Trauma RN. She has a vast experience from pre-hospital / EMS to Inpatient evidenced based trauma care. Starting as a cross-country dispatcher for BLS/ACLS/CCT units, she shares front line experience and background as an EMT-B. Furthering her passion for trauma, Jen was a Critical Care RN for 5 years. Jen is Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) trained and works with a team of peer supporters to address teh incremental stressors that our roles at trauma centers entail. Creative and passionate, she is the co-creator of Trauma After Dark (TAD) is the behind the scenes creator of the TAD glassware, prize giveaways, as well as vendor support. She is excited to continue to support the mission of TEC and help to bring education to our communities.
