TRAUMA PROGRAM MANAGER

Jessica is a visionary nurse leader with extensive clinical and administrative experience across Level I and II trauma centers. Her background spans trauma, cardiothoracic surgery, burn, and medical ICUs at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where she also earned her MSN from San José State University and developed a passion for performance improvement through quality initiatives. She has served as adjunct faculty at The Valley Foundation School of Nursing and held key leadership roles including Administrative Nursing Supervisor at Sutter Health and Trauma Program Manager at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial, where she led trauma operations and improvement efforts. Notably, she played a critical leadership role during the 2019 Kincade Fire, coordinating with county emergency response teams to sustain hospital operations. Currently, Jessica serves as Trauma Program Manager at Marin Health Medical Center, where she leads with collaboration, data-driven innovation, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes, resilience, and emergency preparedness.

TRAUMA PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

Adrian has been an RN since 2012, working both inpatient and ED at Bay Area hospitals. She worked as an Emergency Department Nurse at MarinHealth for 10 years before transitioning to her new role as a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator in December 2024. She is also a Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse. Adrian enjoys spending time with her family and traveling in her free time.
